How do I request a refund?

Please review our refund policy. If you do require a refund please contact us via our contact us page, and include your order number with your request. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within New Zealand. If you do want to purchase something and have it shipped overseas please contact us via our contact us page.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, Cottage Lane have been gift wrapping for free since 1994. Please select the gift wrapping option when viewing your cart. If you don't want all the items in your order wrapped, or you would like items wrapped together, please specify this in the notes field.

How do I pick up an item? 

During Level 3 we will be at the shop between 1-2pm, Monday to Saturday. You will receive a notification when your order is available for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Can you personally deliver a gift locally?

Yes, we would be delighted to personally deliver in Stratford, New Zealand. Please go to our contact us page to request this service and include your order number with the request. 

Can you add a product I have seen in your window but not found in your online store?

We are constantly reviewing the stock available online. If you do see a product in our store that is not currently on our online store, please contact us via our contact us page.
